WHY TRAIN ONLINE?
You're done being delayed. You're ready to start today, but the logistics may not allow you to train with me in-person. Maybe you aren't satisfied with your local options. It's possible that you just live too far away or our schedules don't mesh well. These don't have to be issues. If you like my ideas and approach, this service gets us started, regardless of logistics.

A constantly updated excel spreadsheet containing a unique training program constructed for you based specifically on your goals and capabilities. Exercise selection, rep/set scheme, frequency, volume, intensity and progression and regression strategies are selected based on your needs. Training harder becomes more effective when you're training smarter.
MOVEMENT QUALITY
A mobility and stability program designed to address weaknesses and improve movement quality. By improving the way you move, we improve your ability to safely and effectively execute challenging exercises, out-manuveur the competition and overall quality of life.
NUTRITION
Eating smart compliments training smart. By utilizing Flexible Dieting we can minimize fat gain while gaining muscle in a caloric surplus and minimize muscle loss while losing fat in a caloric deficit. No need to completely drop the foods that you enjoy. Reasonable dietary adjustments and smart planning are essential for improving performance and body composition.
CARDIO/CONDITIONING
An adaptable metabolic conditioning program designed for weekly progression. Valuable for fat loss and building the endurance you need to outlast the competition. Not just jogging in-place on a treadmill - programming can involve explosive movements, pulling, pushing, sprinting, jumping, crawling, throwing, swinging and carrying heavy objects and agility training. Cardio/conditioning can actually be fun.
CONSULTATION, REVIEW AND STRATEGY
Obstacles are more easily conquered and goals become reality more quickly when you have direct access to a coach and a community of athletes through email, a private Facebook group, Skype and other social media platforms. Frequent communication, the exchange of information, weekly analysis and strategic overview will keep you going strong.
FORM CHECK
Knowing exactly what to do is fantastic. Knowing exactly how to do it is even better. By reviewing training footage, technique can be critiqued and adjustments can be made if necessary.
